Access Vine is a team of subject matter experts in the field of communication access. We specialize in providing training and consultancy services that focus on self-advocacy skill-building, career exploration, and deaf culture awareness. Our mission is to improve accessibility and create equal opportunities for people who are deaf and hard of hearing. We collaborate with organizations nationwide to promote a world where individuals with hearing impairments have fair access to the labor market. We are committed to empowering companies to be more culturally conscious and inclusive of qualified applicants who are deaf and hard of hearing. In addition to working with organizations, we also provide guidance to individuals of all ages who are deaf or hard of hearing, helping them discover their potential through identity development, career assessment, and personal branding.
